DAVID WHITE, Lead Pastor David White is the Senior Pastor of The Gathering Church. He is also an author and a conference speaker. His latest book is “The Times To Come HAVE COME” where he encourages people to have hope and victory in these end times. He has been in ministry for nearly 30 years and has a big heart for missions. David and his wife Shirley have two children, Joshua and Emily, now in college. They live in the Brushy Mountains in Moravian Falls, NC. David is believing for the mighty outpouring of revival that the Lord has promised him to see.  Be sure to see his interview with Rick Joyner. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Beth Medders Beth is active in many areas of our church and in the greater community. She has also served at MorningStar Charlotte.  She along with her husband Rusty have worked with the youth and the different intercessory ministries.  For a several years she hosted the Ladies Ministry meetings that met at Talia Espresso Coffee Shop.  You just might see her anywhere lending a hand to help. We greatly appreciate her ministry to our Body. CHILDREN’S PASTOR Debra Ortiz Debra Ortiz has been a blessing to our church for many years and has served in a number of capacities.  As Children's Pastor, Debra believes that our kids are an essential part of the body of Christ and they have something amazing to share with the rest of the body. Along with Debra, the entire team of teachers and leaders are committed to encouraging and training our children to love God and trust His Word - the Bible - so they can walk with Him.  Find out more here. Debra is an ordained minister with MorningStar Ministries. Married for 30 years to her husband Ray, Debra has two grown children and four grandchildren. WORSHIP TEAM LEADERS Chris & Jenny Taylor Chris and Jenny love the Lord and they love people.  Talented in many areas, they serve as anointed leaders on the worship team and with the youth. Chris is also a gifted speaker and minister and we are proud to have them both on our team! JT Wiggins JT blesses us often with his incredible worship and inspired music.  As an active part of the team, his contribution to our worship services takes us consistently into deeper realms of loving on Jesus and into the presence of His Anointing.  He and his wife Kristin are now beginning official family life with the birth of their new son. Mark Michalak Mark is our Facilities Manager and he has been helping us out for many years.  His whole family  has endeared themselves to our congregation and we appreciate all of his good work that makes and keeps our facilities the best they can be.
